I want to ask my girlfriend to marry me. But I'm afraid to tell her that I'm the heir to a multi-million dollar company.I don't want to tell her because I don't want the money to change things. But I don't think I can ask her to marry me without telling her.

Happy honeymoon. Did I mention I'm loaded?

It didn't define your relationship before, there's no reason why it should be anything more than a nice surprise when the benefits of being born into the right family start to drop in your laps.

Oh yeah, and if you're already loaded, I doubt she hasn't figured it out. If you're not loaded yet, no guarantee it'll happen, so why get her all excited with the possibility (however small) that it might not come true?

the rule of thumb is to only mention it when and if it becomes a multi-billion dollar company.
