If you’re talking mostly about school, all I can say to that is “amen.” I’ve found this school to care far more about policy than people. They need to remember the “human element” of it all in SO MANY more areas of this school.
I wrote the secret and I work at the university. Trust me, most of us DO care about students, but the "higher ups" make it so we can't show it.
That is a shame
