Same here, I don't think I'd have the strength to raise a child with a disability.
Just because a child is handicapped doesn't mean they aren't perfect. And God will never give you more than you can handle.
I already decided that I would have an abortion if I found out early enough. It's not only that I'm selfish--the child would not have a normal, fulfilled life, right?
I'd like to say I can raise a child with a disability but I don't think I can. I think it would break my heart every day. Although maybe you are right...God will never give you more than you can handle.
