I have really high career goals. I think that I could be great at what I do.
I'm afraid to admit to the people I work with that I'd be willing to give all of it up to have a family with you.

I feel the same way...
At first I thought nothing could get in the way of achieving my huge goals, but now I'm wondering if this is what would make me happier.
it's a shame that you would have to feel bad about telling people that. I have career goals as well, but honestly, I think having a family may be one of the most honorable career goals and is the most important thing I want to achieve in life.
