I am seriously thinking about dropping out of college to become a chocolatier.

Maybe you should. One of my good friends dropped out of UNC to become a chef. I'm jealous of how creative, fun, and fulfilling her career is--especially compared to how many UNC grads I know who are working in cubicles.
