I didn't leave a note either. I took the pills, realized my mistake and went and told somebody. When the Dean of Students came to my hospital room to put me on academic probation (until I petitioned to get back into school), I was told that this happens to a student about once a week. Just go ahead and get a counselor at the hospital. Its not worth the hassle of being held in the hospital against your will with sucky psychiatrists and having to check into CWS on a regular basis.
