All of our friends like my best friend more than they like me. It's not that she doesn't deserve to be well liked; she's one of my favorite people in the world. I just wish that the people I'm really close to didn't always end up being closer to her.

Oh man I know EXACTLY how this feels. Just make sure this person really is your best friend. If your best friend and you are close it won't matter. Unfortunately for me, my friends started hanging out with my best friend and then they all started excluding me from stuff. Girls always liked him more than me too, which I was always a little jealous of but it was all good because I thought he was cool and we were good friends.

You probably just have different friendship styles. Different doesn't always mean the friendship is better or worse.
