I've been to CWS.
I didn't find them "surprisingly helpful."
That's why it *might* be surprising. Anything that offers you a chance to help you at no cost, if you need it, is worth taking.
I went to CWS and it's been an excellent experience. So maybe it's just different for each person. You never know.
