I have a totally sweet, stable, kinda nerdy boy that is totally into me and I sort of like him back after knowing him for a few years. However, the guy I really want is the witty, rude, and antagonistic hottie I met last weekend.

no you won't. it's called sex appeal. some relationships are called friendships for a reason... lack of sex appeal.

"Relationships" aren't all about sex appeal, though it's definately a part of it. I think that's where people get confused and why they can't understand why the relationship doesn't last past the end of the innitial attraction.
It depends on what you want at the moment...if you're just looking for short-term, go for the sex appeal and be satisfied. At the same time, you don't know what the sweet's one got in store that may not seem obvious. I picked the nerd and sex appeal oozed out once we started dating. It was not evident when we first met.
