I intentionally hit on cocky guys, let them buy me drinks and even get my number. then I don't return their calls. I know it's mean, but being a former "ugly girl" I get such a rush from being able to take them down a few pegs.

wow wow wow...same! for years here i was "average"--people would tell me i was pretty, but no guys EVER gave me attention (and no, the sketchy guys at players who would hit on anything don't count)...i feel like i look somewhat the same-- maybe i'm just finally growing out of an awkwardness??-- but i have gotten this confidence when i go out--i definitely notice the difference in attention from guys, and i do the same thing as you.

sometimes i feel bad, but then i see how they treat girls--like objects sometimes, thinking some 1/2 off drink at goodfellows is gonna get them laid. surprise, hunny, two can play the game :)

I only do it if the guy is an asshole. NICE guys who go out at nights here seems to be an oxymoron. But yes, to the douches, I think they deserve it. They treat girls they deem unworthy like shit.
