"Taking a break" in a relationship has got to be the dumbest idea I've ever heard of. I've known for years that it never works out.

never have I understood the point of a break either, its stupid.
thats why it was such a repeated joke on Friends.. cause nobody understood it
Taking a break sucks. Especially when you don't get back together afterwards. I wish he would have just broken up with me instead of drawing it all out.
